Wilderness Mind: Dissolving Duality

Sandra Mueller is an interdisciplinary artist, writer/editor and arts facilitator who has been on a lifelong journey of social concern and creative expression. She spent much of the 1990s working on the cutting edge of interactive media before returning to make her own visual art and launch the BeARTrageous Creativity Workshops and Retreats for women. Mueller serves on the Women's Caucus for Art national board and on the advisory board for A Window Between Worlds. The intersection of violence against the planet and violence against women is a long time concern in her writing, research and artwork whether expressed in imagery or social engagement projects. She was project chair and catalogue editor for the Pearls of Wisdom: End the Violence project. Her publication credits include more than 50 interactive titles. Her contemporary eco-prints have been included in exhibitions in Gwangju (South Korea), New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego and other locations.
